2. Prices

All prices are stated including 25% VAT within Sweden.

For sales within the European Union, VAT is applied according to the applicable EU One Stop Shop (OSS) regulations.

Shipping costs are displayed in the checkout before the purchase is completed.

3. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout (card, Klarna, Swish, etc.).

Payment is charged at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 1–5 business days
EU: 3–10 business days

The risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been received.

5. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days.

Under EU distance selling regulations, the statutory withdrawal period is 14 days, but Hus86 AB offers an extended 30-day return period.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be in substantially unchanged condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal

The customer pays the return shipping unless the product is defective.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after an approved return.

6. Complaints

Consumers have the right to make a complaint within 3 years under Swedish consumer protection law.

If the complaint is approved, Hus86 AB will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Force Majeure

Hus86 AB is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the company's control.
